Healing Crystals

Crystals are nature’s healers. They have been formed over years, decades and even milinea. Each crystal has a unique vibration that can help you release blocks in your own energy field.

Where to use Crystals

Crystals can be used in your pockets or purse, on your nightstand, on a coffee table, counter, next to your bath, around the perimeter of your property, in your vehicle, and even on parts of your body that need an energetic release or boost. Some uses include:

• Citrine in your Feng Shui wealth corner will stimulate the flow of abundance in your house.
• Rose Quartz over your heart will provide unconditional love and support and heal heart trauma.
• Amethyst and Smoky Quartz will dissipate negative energy in environments.

Releasing Stuck Energy

If you want to release stuck energy (and you may know the energy is stuck because you have a physical pain, or a knowing that something isn’t right):

• Put on some soothing music.
• Choose a crystal (clear quartz is good for this) and place it on the part of the body that is holding the stuck energy.
• Give the stuck energy permission to be released into the crystal.
• Breathe in and out deeply imagining all the energy that it no longer serving you making its way into the crystal.
• When you feel the release is complete, thank the crystal.
• Lastly and very importantly, run the crystal over an open flame with the intention of clearing it.

You may notice during this process that your body is making gurgling noises as your energy shifts around.

Magnifying Energy

If you have a goal or a dream that you are working towards, crystals can also help you amplify your energy out in the world in order to attract what you want more quickly. To do this:

• Put on some soothing or inspiring music.
• Choose a crystal (again clear quartz is a good option) and place it anywhere on your body that seems right. If your not sure, place it on your left palm as it is the receiver of energy.
• Imagine what you are wanting as if it is in your life today. If it is abundance, imagine you have everything around you that you need, if it’s a vacation, imagine that you are already on vacation in a fabulous place.
• Breathe in and out deeply imagining that you already have what you desire.
• When you are ready, thank the crystal.
• Place the crystal somewhere prominent where you will see it often and can continue to build on the energy of attracting what you want each time you see it.
• DO NOT clear the crystal, but do add to it as often as you can

You may notice that you ask for abundance and the first day you find a dime on the street. Pick it up, thank the universe for sending it, and ask for more. When you receive an unexpected check, thank the universe and ask for more. In this way, you are continuing to manifest your desires.
